Farm Day 2023

On Friday afternoon, we had a very enjoyable Farm Day at the school.  A huge thank you to Seamus and Francis for organising it all.  The National Dairy Council and Tírlan were both represented and gave each child a fantastic Goodie Bag to take home.  All the local farmers pulled out all the stops and we had a wide array of animals and machinery on show, we really appreciate their time and effort.  Michael Walsh represented the Hurling Club and brought the cups for the children to get pictures with.  It was a fantastic afternoon in the sunshine and an afternoon the children won’t forget in a hurry.
