Right to Read Competition 2024

A huge congratulations to Shonagh o’ Shea and Jack Murphy who were chosen as the 5th and 6th class winners in the Right to Read Competition 2024 in association with Carlow Enterprise Office and Carlow Library.  They were presented with their prizes last night in the Dolmen Hotel. They had to write about their favourite local business.  Shonagh chose “Smart Build” and Jack chose “Jones Business Systems”.  There was further great news when Jack was awarded 3rd overall for 5th class children in Carlow.  It was a great night of celebration for all involved.  We are very proud of you both.  Thank you to Mr. Nolan for organising the entries with the class.
