Congratulations to Grace and Maryann on their Student of the Week awards this week, you are both putting in a great effort, well done!  

Well done to brother and sister, Michael and Olivia Cullen, who were our Students of the Week in both the Junior and Senior room, congratulations to you both.

We had a great selection of toys for our very first “Toy Day”.  The children brought in a toy they wanted to show their class and had lots of fun playing together this afternoon.    

Congratulations to Rye and Andrea on their Student of the Week awards, well done to you both!

A huge congratulations to Rían Fenlon who won a prize in the Carlow County Council Art Competition.  The theme of the competition was “My Festive Family Experience”.  Well done Rían, we are all delighted for you.  Thank  you to Lisa for coming to the school to present Rían with his prize today.

Well done to Charlotte and Dean on their Student of the Week awards this week, keep up the good work!  

A huge thank you to Moling Grennan who donated beautiful Wildflower Garden signs to the school.  He very generously did two extra for Natalie for her garden at home too.  They are a fantastic addition to our school garden and we really appreciate the kind gesture.    

Congratulations to Aidan and Eli on their Student of the Week awards this week, a great start to 2026, keep up the good work boys!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring the joy and spirit of Christmas to all the children this week.  Thank you to those who helped set up the hall and put it all back together again for the Christmas show.  Thank you to Santa and his fantastic elves for visiting us today, it was a lovely surprise. A huge congratulations to Aoibheann Murtagh who won 1st Prize in the Under 10 section of the Goresbridge Credit Union Art Competition.  She also won 1st Prize in the Regional section and has now been put forward to the national competition.  Well done Aoibheann, what a great achievement, we are very proud of you.
