There was great excitement this morning with our in-school Christmas raffle.  Congratulations to our lucky winner Dean.  Don’t eat it all in the one go!!  Thank you to Caroline Kavanagh for supplying the prize.

Congratulations Jack and Hettie, it is great to see you both getting the Student of the Week award on our last full week of 2022 in school, Well done to you both!

Congratulations to our Girls Indoor Hurling Team who qualified for the division 1 Indoor Final in January after beating Glynn in Bahana.  Well done girls.  We look forward to seeing you in action again in January.  

A huge thank you to P.J. O’ Shea for the donation of outdoor blackboards to our playground.  There was great excitement this morning and they add great colour to the yard.  It is very much appreciated.  

Congratulations Lucy and Conor on your Student of the Week awards this week, you are both working really hard, keep it up!  

Congratulations to our 5th and 6th class boys who competed in the Indoor Hurling Blitz in Bahana yesterday against Ballymurphy, Glynn, Drummond and Ballinkillen.  They qualified for the Division 2 finals to be played in January in Old Leighlin.  Well done boys!  Next up are the girls who play next Wednesday 14th December in Bahana, we wish them the very best...

We held a Movie Night on Friday night to raise funds for the Collier Family after their recent house fire.  Between the money raised on the night and a staff contribution we raised €1,000.  This money will now be lodged to the Gofundme page.  Thank you to everyone who contributed and made it a fun night for all the children. ...
